    SmartHomeBulgaria offers two systems for home and building automation. Cable BUS for larger buildings and homes now under construction or renovation. Wireless, for homes where you want to do automation, but without the need for repair work.   3. How much does it cost to make my home smart?

    Each object and customer's wishes for automation are different, also the system you have chosen. For starters, you can start with our RF system starter packages and upgrade at any time. You can also contact us and we will advise you and prepare a free quote according to your home and wishes.

  4. Do I need to make changes to the wiring?

    No. If you choose our wireless RF system, there is no need for additional wiring or any repair work. Our system also doesn't need zero for smart keys. Through our concealed installation modules and wireless devices, we can build your Smart Home at any time. With the BUS system, the design and construction are done together with the electrical installation.

  5. Do I need internet and how can I manage the system?

    Whether it is a cableBUS system or a wireless RF, you can control your system locally without the need for internet. But if you want remote access then internet is a must. You can control your home through a smart phone, TV, tablet or browser.

  6. What happens if the power supply or the Internet goes off?

    If the electricity stops, then not only will our system not work, but nothing in your home will work. But we do have devices that are battery powered and will continue to perform their functions. When the power is restarted, the system automatically starts to its full functionality. When the Internet is interrupted, the system continues to operate locally, only you will not have remote access to it.

  7. What is the scope of your systems?

    Our wireless RF system has a range of 200 meters from device to device in open space. The system operates on an 868 Mhz radio signal that is certified and reserved for smarthome systems across Europe. In this way, we influence other devices such as wifi, bluetooth and more. The range of many of our competitors is 20 to 50 meters and most often operate on the principle of wifi and Bluetooth, which creates inconvenience, is internet dependent and causes interference and signal mixing.

  8. Do I have to pay extra for licenses and applications, are there monthly fees?

    No,all of our apps are licensed and free of charge, everything is absolutely free and is for an unlimited number of users. The only thing that pays extra is if you want to sign an annual system maintenance contract.
